I had an outstanding experience during my stay, and what truly made it exceptional was the professionalism and kindness of the reception team—especially PJ and Ms. Aditya.

From the moment I arrived, PJ welcomed me with genuine warmth and a positive attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable. He was highly attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request. His ability to handle everything smoothly while maintaining a friendly and respectful demeanor reflects a very high standard of customer service.

Ms. Aditya was equally impressive. She demonstrated remarkable professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. She took the time to ensure all my needs were met, offering clear guidance and thoughtful assistance throughout my stay. Her calm, courteous approach and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

In addition to the excellent service, the room itself was spotless, cozy, and very well organized. The bed was extremely comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything neatly arranged and fully functional. It truly added to the comfort of the stay.

Both PJ and Ms. Aditya represent the best qualities of hospitality—approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. Their dedication, along with the high standard of cleanliness and comfort, significantly enhanced my overall experience.
