Everything we needed on an extended trip. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive...truly made you feel at home away from home. Special thanks to Nancy who provided service above and beyond...truly grateful for all.

I stayed at Parks Residential for a little over a week, and let me tell you these folks are top notch! Clean rooms, friendly faces, and they treat you like you’re part of the family the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back. They’re always there when you need something, always greeting you with a smile.

I’ve traveled all over the U.S., and I can honestly say this place is my first choice hands down. If I could give ‘em more than five stars, I’d need a bigger keyboard!

I lived in the furnished 3 bed 2 bath apartment for almost 2 months with weekly housekeeping. I enjoyed living here with it being 1 mile away from work and 4 miles from UT Dallas.

It was home away from home for me and it was perfect with cutlery, corningware and dishes for storage including some pots and pans which was perfect for me to cook inside the apartment.

The housekeeping team was great and left the apartment clean weekly and replacing towels , making beds and cleaning kitchen and bathrooms.

The management was also nice and friendly,
Trying to go out of the way to help. They even offered me an office room with a big monitor to plug my laptop in.

I am sure to return to this furnished apartment with guests.
